My extensive experience in clinical and business settings has allowed me to understand the various difficulties we face daily, both personally and professionally.My passion for Psychology is based on its ability to improve people's wellbeing and quality of life. My approach is based on Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, which focuses on identifying and changing negative thought and behavior patterns, helping the patient develop a more positive perspective. I also draw from Positive-Humanistic Psychology, where I focus on your strengths as well as the present moment.
As an Expert in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching, I will help you achieve your life goals, personal growth, and overcome obstacles and limitations that we all face at some point in our lives.
These therapies allow us to address symptoms such as: anxiety, depression, family and/or relationship problems, self-esteem issues, grief, phobias, eating or sleep disorders, personal or professional dissatisfaction, among others.The way I conduct psychological assessment and intervention is based on scientific methods and brief therapies.As a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists, check with your Swiss supplementary insurance, as they may cover part of the treatment.
